Terms of use

The full card agreement is provided to the cardholder upon contracting.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between the cardholder and CARDCONSIG LTDA, CNPJ 57.970.878/0001-77 ("CardConsig"), the program manager. The card is issued by a partner institution ("Issuer") and carries an international card brand.

2. Eligibility

Individuals over 18, with an active employment relationship at a company that has an agreement with CardConsig and available payroll margin, may apply, subject to identity verification and credit review.

3. Credit limit

The limit is set based on the payroll margin and credit review and is disclosed to the cardholder before card activation. Limit changes are communicated in advance.

4. Payment and payroll deduction

The cardholder authorizes the monthly deduction of the minimum statement payment from payroll, up to the payroll margin. The remaining balance may be paid by bank slip or Pix by the due date. Interest, charges and the total effective cost are disclosed in the agreement and on every statement.

5. Leaving the company

If employment ends, payroll deduction stops and the outstanding balance is paid directly by the cardholder under the contracted terms.

6. Use and security

The card is personal and non-transferable. The PIN must not be shared. In case of loss, theft or suspected fraud, the cardholder must block the card immediately through our support channels.

7. Transaction disputes

Unrecognized purchases can be disputed through our support channels. The review follows card network rules, and the cardholder is informed of the outcome and timeline.

8. Cancellation

The cardholder may cancel the card at any time, free of charge, through our support channels. Any outstanding balance remains due under the contracted terms.

9. Use of this website

The content of this website is informational and does not constitute a credit offer. Contracting depends on an agreement with the employer, available payroll margin and credit review.

11. Jurisdiction
